Our Process

Consultation

After you've submitted your questionnaire, we'll arrange a consultation for the service you prefer. An in-person meeting or a video conference will be scheduled depending on your chosen service. During this meeting, we'll delve into the specifics of your design requirements and explore ways to realize your vision. We will reach out to you to confirm the consultation and request any additional information required beforehand.

Design Concepts

Once we’ve gathered all necessary information such as floor plans, photos, Pinterest boards, and budgets, we'll schedule a design kick-off meeting to discuss your preferences and project goals. We’ll then create the initial layout and design direction. Next, we’ll develop design boards and renderings with various options for furnishings color palettes, finishings, fixtures, etc. Our priority is to ensure consensus on an approved concept for each space before moving on to material selection and purchases.


Details

After the design is approved, we will detail out the design, finalize quotes, and specify furnishings and construction materials. We’ll then handle sourcing and procurement with our trusted vendors. Once materials are secured, we're ready for construction and final installation if required.

Execution

Once all the specifics are confirmed, and all required items are ordered, we’ll initiate the installation and final styling phase. For renovation or new construction projects, this involves comprehensive construction project management and coordination with your contractor. Instead of installing items as they arrive, a designated day (or multiple days, depending on the project's size) will be planned for our team to carry out the installation. This method guarantees a unified makeover of your space, leading to an impressive reveal.
